Lez Zeppelin At The Memo Music Hall

We come from the land of the ice and snow,
From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow,
The hammer of the gods have fallen and this is LED ZEP hand delivered by the god of Venus.

After last year's tour was suddenly cancelled I was intrigued to see Lez Zeppelin in action and I was not disappointed. With a brand new lineup of Leesa Harrington-Squyres on drums and the remarkable Steph Paynes on lead guitar, we have the new additions of Joan Chew on bass guitar and keyboards and charming blonde bombshell Marlain Angelides on lead vocals.

From 'Black Dog', 'Rock and Roll', 'Heartbreaker', 'The Ocean' and 'Whole Lotta Love', these lovely ladies have the musical chops to do these classic rock songs the justice it deserves. The proof is up above with a live video of 'Immigrant Song'. It was wasn't just the Led Zeppelin hits but they did also feature some deep cuts for the true fans.

It may have "been a long time" to finally see Lez Zeppelin on stage but it well worth the wait and I hope they make Australia a regular stop on their future tours.
