Crystal Castles bring their furious frenzy to The Forum
The question on everybody's lips is would Crystal Castles still have it on stage after Alice Glass suddenly left the duo in 2014. On her Facebook page, the dynamic singer unexpectedly made a post stating she was leaving the band for “professional and personal” reasons and asked her fans to embrace her “as a solo artist”.
With the full on frenzy with the re-energised Crystal Castles still very much in action with the wailing waif-like new lead singer Edith Frances and Ethan Kath on synth and occasional drums - it answers the above question without a doubt. The memorable gig was a non-stop strobe and sonic attack of the senses, at the recently renovated Forum Theatre.
