After a busy and exciting year for We Lost The Sea, including their first and very successful tour to Europe, they will be wrapping it up with a small run of shows to celebrate the 5th anniversary of their acclaimed second album The Quietest Place On Earth.
TQPOE was released on December 1, 2012. This record was an important step for them and included some powerful songs that would help define their sound and them as a band. It was also the last album that their late friend and frontman, Chris Torpy, would be on, after taking his own life in March 2013.
This is a special record for the band and fans and has rarely been played live since losing Chris. This run of shows will include songs from this album and the highly acclaimed Departure Songs and a couple of other surprises. They will be joined by longtime friend Jarrod Krafczyk (The Amenta, At Dark, Omerata) on vocal duties, and Brendon Warner will be back on 3rd guitar for this tour.
These will be the last shows for their year and will see the band go into writing and recording mode to work on their next album, scheduled for release some time in 2018.
Tickets $20+BF/$25 on the door.
