Please be aware that there will be a strict no bag policy in place during this event. Patrons should only bring personal items that can fit within their pockets. Small clear bags will be provided for any personal items to be carried.

There will be no cloaking facilities available for patrons.
SECURITY CHECKS
Patrons will be required to pass through additional security checks prior to entry. As such, we encourage patrons to arrive early and limit the number of items brought to this event to alleviate queue times. All patrons will be subject to a bag search of clear bags, wanding and ticket check.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
In addition to the venue’s conditions of entry, the following Items are not allowed into the arena.
• Backpacks and bags of all sizes
• Professional cameras and point & shoot cameras (personal camera phones will be permitted)
• Bottles and cans (all sizes)
• Flags
QUEUEING
All general admission queuing will be conducted via Rod Laver Arena’s Main Entrance. We encourage all patrons to arrive no earlier than 8:00am on the day of the show. Early arriving patrons, please ensure you stay hydrated throughout the day; a Café will be open and drinking water fountains will be accessible near the queueing area. Venue security will not be responsible for any queuing systems, and the line will be self-policed. We strongly encourage you to look after one another, and respect each other’s position in the line.
